When the very ground of our being is experienced we simultaneously discover its inherent quality for radical inclusivity. This dimension of loving awareness or loving presence is the space through which all obstacles can be seen and felt and included. As such, any obstacle can ultimately become a path to wholeness and wisdom.

|About the Nondual Approach|
I see that the mind creates the tension of opposites with an endless need to categorize and evaluate most experiences, including the people in our life. Once we learn how to experience core beliefs differently, how to use the mind in a more optimal way, and how to include the information that the unconscious keeps us from identifying, we are ripe for healing and awakening. Since truly anything that moves through mind cannot be who or what we are, we can always rest back into our natural presence or true nature as the context through which all healing can occur.

"Thank you so much for following up with me.. I must say, that I am immensely grateful that you came into my life when you did. It's interesting how the Universe/God sends those just in the right moment to help us learn more about ourselves and cultivate a greater awareness within us.
"I just want to thank you for taking time with me last month using the yoga therapy technique. It really opened me up to a lot this month, to really letting myself feel. I find myself welcoming the opportunity to let something go & feel whatever comes out because I love the freedom that comes after; The peace & stillness afterwards that fills me. I was in prayer tonight for I guess an hour when I felt something--fear. So I acknowledged it, explored it.
"I was able to look my husband in the eye with curiosity (instead of fear), and I was ok with being seen.
"The embodied joy, wisdom and teachings that move through Anna are a life changing gift to anyone interested."
