Profile
After my doctorate from Rutgers University, I trained 6 additional years in Core Energetics–a body-centered psychotherapeutic approach, and 300+ hours in psychodrama plus yoga. Experiential psychotherapy allows my clients to know, in their bodies, what they are experiencing. This is not talk-therapy. By mindfully working with the body and awareness, I help clients find the Ground of their Being. For more information, see www.BethHaessig.com
