I am not a conventional teacher or therapist. I do not really like the terms teacher or therapist. I rather think of myself as an old friend who wants to help.
Any wisdom or knowledge I have acquired has come out of personal necessity. In my mid twenties I was diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Soon after my wife became very ill with Bipolar Disorder. The chaos and suffering that these illnesses produced impelled me to seek out sources of healing.
After much reading, listening and learning I began to create meditations and therapeutic exercises. To my surprise practicing these creations regularly relieved much of my anxiety, depression and trauma. They also enabled me to directly access the awareness of awakening, instilling a deep sense of peace, wellbeing and meaning. Ten years on, in my mid thirties, I feel confident to share with others what I have learnt.
I have two qualifications that I acquired in just over a year. They are a Level 4 Diploma in CBT & Counselling and a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Diploma. I have been practicing since the start of 2021 and have found great gratification in helping others and have received positive feedback from many clients.

Live from a wholeness that is deeper, higher and beyond your surface thoughts and emotions.
You have spent over ten thousand hours being you, which suggests that you are an expert in being you. You know best how to heal, how to grow, how to live your best life. You just need to learn how to access this deeper knowing and act from its guidance.
Stage Four - Transcend Inner-Outer Duality
Shift from the entrapment of self-awareness to the freedom of non-self awareness.
You can return to the ease, simplicity and immediacy of childhood. You can bring about a lack of selfness that naturally emerges a loving selflessness. You can break through to the oneness of experience that marries you and humanity, you and other beings, you and the universe.

Live from an awareness that is deeper, higher and beyond your ego-based limitation.
