I have been studying and practising psychotherapy for over thirty years and meditation for almost forty years. I’m a qualified social worker and transactional analyst. Also a qualified supervisor and trainer of transactional analysts.
As far as I know I am the only psychotherapist in the NHS working from a non-dual perspective. I also teach mindfulness to patients and staff in the health service and supervise mindfulness teachers.
In my private work I do all of the above plus lead retreats in the UK and in Spain and monthly meditation evenings in Bristol. I have been invited to lead a non-dual retreat in North Carolina, USA in August 2019.

|About the Nondual Approach|
Realising a non-dual perspective has radically changed the nature of my work as therapist, trainer, supervisor and mindfulness teacher.
This transformation is described in depth in my book 'Sitting in the Stillness' due to be published by Mantra books at the end of 2019.

|Client Endorsements and Testimonials|
One of the endorsements for my book 'Sitting in the Stillness':
“In this touching, inspiring and enlightening collection of stories we meet brave individuals journeying from breakdown to breakthrough and rediscovering who they really are. Through Martin’s gentle and wise guidance, we are invited to rediscover our own true selves, prior to fear-based conditioning, beyond our personal stories. Filled with compassion and deep non-dual wisdom, this book is a friendly invitation to the place where therapy, mindfulness and authentic spirituality meet: The present moment, our true home. We are encouraged to be a little less afraid of our own thoughts and feelings, a little more trusting in this strange process called Living. I think this wonderful book will help many people.”
