|About the Nondual Approach|
As a counsellor, my goal is to hold a space for my clients which honours the stories they bring whilst also acknowledging the unshakable ground of who they are at source. A key learning for me as a therapist, has been the understanding that there is always something greater than either myself or my client – as people - present in the session; we might call it Being, Source, God, The Beloved, Awareness. When we enter a counselling session in reverence of This, we invite a kind of openness and freedom (and ultimately, surrender) which, I believe, is the key to true happiness.
