I work with people to learn to relax, pay attention and discover the true natural Self. As this process unfolds we discuss personality factors, relationships, personal history, and behavioral patterns as they relate to the confusion of being a person as a way of attempting to function in life and be happy. Meditation practice, learning about the mind, the brain, and the natural state are key aspects of the process. I work in a partnership with clients using existing circumstances to examine and explore what is happening. Self-inquiry, as practiced in non-dual traditions, is used to establish a direct experience of Self and proceed to Self Realization.

|About the Nondual Approach|
The recognition that the personality as an identity is limited and not actual, but rather a psychological construct is central to the work. The fact that there is no separate self is consistent with a non-dual approach to living. The recognition of this truth opens up a realm of possibility that offers freedom from the problems inherent to identifying with the idea of being a person subject to constant change and uncertainty.
