T. Bok is a teacher of present moment awareness pointing to the realization of your true nature. His root teacher is Adyashanti, but he has also been profoundly influenced by Ramana Maharshi, Jean Klein, and Byron Katie. He has been deeply involved in meditation, silent retreats, breathwork, and plant medicine healing for over 25 years, and has been teaching for 10. His book Words Out of Silence was published by Non-Duality Press in 2016. He loves nothing more than sharing his understanding with clients eager to discover their true selves. He lives and teaches in Southern California.
