Profile

HOW I BECAME A PSYCHOTHERAPIST: It was over 20 years ago when I stepped into my very first lesson to learn to be a therapist, and took the first step on a journey which changed the very core of my being for the better! I have since learned, trained and/or qualified in analysis, life coaching, dynamic counselling, clinical hypnosis, childhood regression, ego states therapy, core belief intervention, NLP, EMDR, trams work, breathwork, and inner child work, not to mention psychonutrition and a passionate interest in nondual therapy. In truth, I never stop studying! Why would I when I am so passionate about the human mind, wellness and holistic healing?! However, those were methodologies that I used on myself to shake loose from the painful conditioning from my own childhood which in essence boiled down to believing I was never good enough and not lovable. I understand first hand how these emotional filters can f*ck up our lives in excruciatingly painful ways that often result in symptoms of panic disorders, depressive disorders and anxiety disorders! Again, I can personally relate……
💫🌟💫 If there is a piece of advice I can offer you when looking for the right therapist for yourself it is to spend time looking for the right fit for you, that right connection, that person that you feel you click with…. because you and your therapist are going to share a journey with highs, lows, and very intimate moments which you may never share with anyone again. That connection you both share is often where the magic happens that can lead you to your health, your happiness and personal freedom. 💪..
